Anthem is part of Elevance Health and is the Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield company in 14 states, including California, New York, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, and Georgia. Anthem plans include behavioral health benefits that generally cover autism and ADHD evaluations when medically necessary.
