Blue Cross Blue Shield isn’t a single insurer, it’s a national association of independent, locally operated companies. Your plan comes from your state’s BCBS company (for example, Anthem, Highmark, Regence, or Florida Blue), and each company sets its own benefits and rules.
Most BCBS plans cover autism and ADHD evaluations when medically necessary, and the BlueCard program helps many members use their benefits across state lines. Because rules differ by company and plan, we verify your specific BCBS benefits, including any referral or prior authorization before you book.

Many BCBS plans do. Because each state’s BCBS company is independent, coverage depends on your company and plan. Josi Health is in-network with [list participating BCBS companies]. We’ll verify your benefits before you book.
Often, yes. The BlueCard program lets many BCBS members use their benefits with providers in other states. The three-letter prefix on your member ID tells us which company issued your plan.
Confirm FEP acceptance. The Federal Employee Program has its own benefit rules, so we’ll verify your coverage directly.
Some BCBS companies and plans require prior authorization for psychological testing. If yours does, we’ll submit the request for you.

No. Josi Health doesn’t work with Medicaid, including Medicaid plans offered by BCBS companies. Self-pay is available if your plan isn’t accepted.
