Yes. Beacon Health Options became Carelon Behavioral Health. If your plan still references Beacon, share your member ID and we’ll verify your benefits.
Some plans managed by Carelon require prior authorization for psychological testing. If yours does, our team submits the request for you.
No. Carelon manages behavioral health for some Medicaid programs, and Josi Health doesn’t work with Medicaid. Self-pay is available as an alternative.
