Some plans require prior authorization for psychological testing. If yours does, we’ll submit it for you. There’s nothing extra you need to file.
Your cost depends on your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. Once your benefits are verified, we’ll give you an estimate so there are no surprise bills.
No. United Healthcare Community Plan is a Medicaid plan, and Josi Health doesn’t work with Medicaid. Self-pay is available as an alternative.
