At Catalyst, we believe that the best clinical decisions are made by experienced clinicians. That is why Catalyst Behavior Solutions is proudly led by an all-women executive team who understand the nuances of behavioral therapy firsthand.
Two of our executive team members are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with more than a decade of field experience each. This depth of knowledge extends to our clinical directors, who have both been pivotal to our mission for more than seven years, with one director celebrating more than 16 years of service.

Serving individuals from 18 months to 18 years of age, our ABA programs are tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage. We support skill development across a variety of areas, including communication, social skills, emotional regulation, independence, and functional living skills, helping children and adolescents build meaningful skills for success in everyday life.
