About Us

Inspiring Minds — Pediatric Autism Consultation and Therapy (IMPACT) was built on a single conviction: every child can reach their full potential. From our center in Sheboygan, we provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children on the autism spectrum, delivered one-to-one by trained technicians and overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. ABA is a scientifically validated approach, and it works best when it starts early and runs at real intensity — so we focus on the skills that open the most doors: communication, social connection, play, and everyday independence. But research alone doesn't teach a child. What does is a warm, naturalistic environment where learning happens through natural environment teaching, incidental teaching, modeling, and reinforcement, so progress feels less like a drill and more like a good day.

We know that the hours a child spends with us are only part of the picture, which is why families are partners here rather than spectators. Through center-based treatment, parent consultation, and our Bridge the Gap program, we meet children wherever they are — from intensive early intervention for our youngest learners to more focused support for school-aged children — and we make sure the strategies that work in our center travel home with you. Our goal is never simply a better session; it's a child who can navigate the world with more confidence and independence, and a family that feels equipped and supported at every step. We're here to help each child build the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and everywhere in between.
