About Us
RealPath ABA was founded on a straightforward belief: exceptional care begins with exceptional people. Led by founder Brittany Marshall, whose background in public health and healthcare administration shapes how the practice is run, we deliver individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and their families across the Houston metro and Southeast Texas — from Katy and Cypress to Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Humble, Missouri City, and Beaumont. Our clinical team of BCBAs, Licensed Behavior Analysts, and Registered Behavior Technicians brings ongoing training, full credentialing, and a commitment to the BACB Ethics Code to every session, whether that session happens in your home or over telehealth.
Every treatment plan we write is developed using scientifically validated methods and tailored to the unique strengths, goals, and needs of each child — never pulled off a shelf. We work on communication and language, social skills, daily living skills, and school readiness, targeting the milestones that make the biggest difference in a child's everyday life. Just as importantly, we equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to keep that progress going between visits, because the most meaningful gains happen in ordinary moments at home. Clinical excellence, parent education, individualized care, and ethical practice are the four pillars we build on, and they add up to one goal: helping every child we serve reach their full potential, with their family supported at each step of the journey.
Our team provides compassionate, individualized ABA services in the home, daycare, and community. We focus on meaningful goals that help children strengthen communication, independence, social development, and everyday living skills while working closely with their families and other providers.
We are currently accepting new clients and accept Texas Medicaid and several commercial insurance plans. We are also building relationships with trusted diagnostic and pediatric providers so families can experience a more coordinated path from evaluation to treatment.
