The Provider Group is solely responsible for providing clinical services, including the practice of medicine/psychology, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, and medical advice. All clinical services accessible through this website or otherwise associated with the Provider Group are delivered exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals practicing within the Provider Group and in accordance with applicable state law.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the “Josi” name, trademarks, trade dress, logos, website content, software, and related intellectual property (collectively, the “Josi IP”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of JosiMSO.
Members of the Provider Group may be granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use certain Josi IP solely in connection with the provision and marketing of their professional services, subject to the terms of the agreements between the members and the Provider Group and the Provider Group and JosiMSO.
No other rights to the Josi IP are granted except as expressly authorized in writing by JosiMSO.
